Who am I?
A chef driven by passion, creativity, and the joy of nourishing others.
Food has always been my way of connecting people and stories. My passion for the culinary arts was first sparked as a child watching chefs on the Food Network craft inspiring dishes. My formal culinary journey began years later in Barcelona, where I trained at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona and refined my skills in Michelin and Repsol Guide restaurants. During that time, I developed a deep respect for Mediterranean simplicity — honest ingredients, precise technique, and dishes that celebrate both flavor and balance.
Before pursuing my culinary path, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University — an experience that shaped my understanding of nutrition, wellness, and the relationship between food and the body. Today, that background influences every menu I create — food that not only tastes exceptional, but also makes you feel your best.
Based in South Florida, I bring refined, seasonal, and health-minded cuisine to your private table, whether at home or at sea. I pride myself in crafting seasonal menus inspired by global flavors and guided by a philosophy of balance, wellness, and flavor.
